CONGRATS to the Los Angeles Lakers, champions again for the sixteenth time, winners 83-79 over the Boston Celtics last night!!

The first 3 quaters of Game 7 was ugly, especially for Kobe who I was really disappointed in.  Luckily other players such as Ron Artest and Pau Gasol stepped up and filled in the blanks.

The Los Angeles Lakers victorious over the Boston Celtics in game 1 of the NBA Finals. Kobe Bryant scored 30 points, Gasol had 23 points and 14 rebounds, and defending champion Los Angeles Lakers got tough in a 102-89 victory last night.
